Please remember: Pre-payment is now required on all orders.  All items are custom-made in our small shop. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. During peak times, this can slow down, so please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. (We usually manage to ship in 2-3 weeks, and you may email at any time to check the status of your order!)

On-line orders / Credit Card:

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• Use our handy Shopping Cart, click "go to checkout" and follow the instructions.

On-line orders/ Check or Money Order:

• Use our handy Shopping Cart and select "Check/MO" as your payment method.
• Print two copies ... save one for yourself and mail one to us along with your payment.
• Please make check payable to "Dallas Mallerich" and send to the address shown here.
• By ordering on-line, you'll give us a "heads up" on your order and we can enter your items into our production list before your check/mo arrives.

UPDATED!  -- On-line orders / PayPal:

• To ship to your confirmed PayPal address, you can checkout quickly using the yellow PayPal button shown above.
• If you want to use an alternate shipping address, then click the "go to checkout button" ... log-in on our site (where you can indicate the alternate address) ... and select the PayPal option on the payment page.
• Reminder: NEVER send your PayPal password to us or anybody else!

Shipping Rates:

• Our shipping charges are calculated automatically based on destination (by country)
• Once you've added item(s) to your Shopping Cart, you can view the cart and click "Estimate Shipping" to see the cost.  If you're outside the US/Canada, be sure to change the country and click "update" when viewing the estimated shipping.
• Our site will accept orders for the United States, Canada, Europe and Pacific as noted below.
• Europe: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain (UK), Holland/Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland
• Pacific: Australia, New Zealand and Japan
• If your country is not mentioned above, please contact us by email for instructions.

Delivery Time:

• It usually takes 2-3 weeks to prepare your order BEFORE shipping ... but please allow 6 weeks!
• All items are custom-made in our small shop. During peak times, it may take 4-6 weeks to prepare your order.
• You may contact us by email or phone to check the status of your order at any time!
• When your order is shipped, we'll send an email to let you know that it's on the way.
• Domestic orders are usually sent by US Mail and generally arrive in just a few days after shipping.
• International orders are sent by US Mail (airmail) and generally arrive in 7-10 days after shipping ... however, airmail may take longer to arrive.   (International orders will ship within 6 weeks, but may take longer to arrive!)
• Orders sent to France and Germany usually take a little longer to arrive.
• PS -- I'm a modeler too and know that you want things as quickly as possible!  So I'll do everything I can to keep orders flowing smoothly ... but, in this age of "instant gratification," I thought it best to remind you that a one-man shop just doesn't get everything done instantly! ☺
